CLIMATE AND WHAT TO PACK

Andorra is 2,760ft above sea level and the highest point of Andorra has an elevation of 9,665ft. Due to the high altitude, Andorra makes for cold and snowy winters with temperatures regularly going below freezing. In winter it is good to dress very layered and clothed. In the summer, the temperature will exceed 77 degrees Fahrenheit in the valleys. Weather conditions often change rapidly during warmer months from sunny skies to thunder storms and rainfall. In the summer, it is best to dress for warm weather and is a good idea to bring rainy day gear.
